    115 gn x- treme HP 9mm

So I loaded a few 115 gn HP x- treme 9mm, 1.075 OAL, cci#500 primer, cfe pistol with 5.3 gn. The primers look fine to me, but not sure. The case had black on them, like maybe it didn't seal chamber soon enough, Cycled fine, shot well, with little recoil. It's a ruger sr9. What do ya'll think?

Primers look ok to me and I’ve yet to have a clean case with 9mm reloads with multiple powders at various weights.

I thought so, I'm going to put up a target and check the grouping before mass production lol. Was shooting cans, did fair.

According to Hodgdon's site 5.3 gained of CFE is the starting load for 115 grain bullets. I suspect that the blackening is caused by the lighter load not giving a solid seal of the case wall against the chamber. I have the same issue with the .45 acp loads that I run for IDPA. In my 9mm I run near max loads and nickle cases. I don't see any blackening of them. Your results should be similar.
